3:56am Friday morning and I can’t sleep. I don’t usually share a lot of personal family news on the blog but right now I feel led to do so.
In a few hours my beautiful step-daughter Chelsea is having a spine fusion surgery in Philadelphia. The surgery is 6 to 8 hours long and she will be in the hospital for weeks. When she was 16 she was paralyzed in a car accident. Chels is truly amazing and has such unyielding perseverance and courage. She touches my heart. This entry is devoted to her as she is facing a big day. Love you so much. xoxo
For those reading my blog please keep her in your prayers and thoughts.
