After the session in the previous post I went home and was amazed at the incredible light that was resting on the farm. Spring has arrived in Bucks County Pennsylvania! My 3rd child was willing to pose for me so off we went. She was insistent on wearing the hand-me-down dress from her cousin Tillie Pearl.
My 8 year old is the writer of the house and has been blessed with the most wonderful imagination. Last night I watched her in amazement as she walked glided through the living room draped in a white sheet, gold belt, flip flops and yellow pipe cleaners jeweled and wrapped around her arms proclaiming the throne of Egypt as hers.
Today she wanted to be “fierce” as she allowed me to photograph her in front of the old John Deere. I did not have to do much. She did her thing.

Ferron is obviously the daughter of a photographer. Last frame taken below. It will probably be the last for a while.

Ahhh…yes, I know that last pose all too well. Fabulous shots, though!
Thanks Isabel! Most of the images I have of her lately display her hand close to the lens in protest. Almost like I am the paparazzi stalking her. Funny girl…gotta love it.
Wonderful pictures of Ferron, sweetheart. She has such character, and often reminds me of you at that age. I won’t embarrass you by mentioning that your artistic abilities are truly remarkable. Angela, you’re an excellent representative of this family of artists and musicians, and we’re all very proud of you…especially me!
I LOVE the dress and the expessions. I can so relate with that age
