Saturday, November 17, 2007 –
As I was proofing this session from this morning these 3 images really stood out to me. I have photographed these great kids before and we had the perfect backdrop for some amazing images.
I have been photographing children and their families for a long time. I have been blessed to see families welcome new little ones and see children grow and change over time. Honestly…there is nothing else I would rather do than be a photographer. With Thanksgiving upon us, I have had time to reflect on how thankful I am. Sending out a thank you to all who have chosen and entrusted me to photograph their families. I have been so fortunate to meet and spend time with some amazing people. I have also made great friends through my work, both clients other photographers. Best wishes for a blessed Thanksgiving to you all.

Yesterday afternoon I was able to photograph some very special people in my life. When we met, their beautiful girls were much smaller. They have grown to be such lovely young ladies. I truly enjoyed our time together despite the crazy wind, cloud issues and a dirty horse. Eugene, Diana, Lauren and Brianna….enjoy your preview. Love you all so much.

Wednesday, November 14, 2007 –
I was so excited on Monday evening because I officially started my studio sessions for the winter season. Nicole and Mike came to have photos taken because in January they are expecting their first child. What a blessing it was to spend the evening with them documenting this special time in their lives. We talked about childbirth, sweet little babies, family dogs….etc.
We soon turned our conversation to "Lost". We really had something in common there! We had so much fun talking about the anticipated season starting next year. Wondering about the major cliff hangers that we all experienced at the end of the last season. It was great! Now I am all over the net to find spoilers. See what you guys did to me? Ha….

Meet Laura and Jarrod…they are engaged and are getting married next September. Here are my favorites from our session guys. I can’t wait to photograph your wedding on September 20, 2008!
Session 2…the cutiest 3 year old twins! We had some fun. A great combination…water, rocks, boys. It always works.
Session 3…these guys are getting gifts for Mom and Dad for Christmas. SShhhhh, it’s a surprise!

The mornings are definitely getting cooler here. These 2 little troopers really did a great job in the cool crisp weather this morning. They brought their smiles to the session….that is for sure!
