Entry from the road.

Hello blog readers! I am writing from a hotel in the middle of Virginia…I am on my way to Charleston SC for work and hopefully a little play. I love to travel and I am so excited to bring my photography road show to the SC.

Only those who know me are probably not surprised that I got a session in before leaving town this morning. It was an early one! The light was amazing and the session just wonderful.

Here is a little session preview for the Kelly family.

An Apple a Day.

Today I photographed the most beautiful twin girls. It was a high energy session and we spent a lot of time running around the studio. We would get one to sit down and then chase another little person around for a while. It was such fun! The apples were definitely a great idea giving the little ones a handy snack as well as vessels to hurl. They were so cute and amazingly loving to one another. In my career I have photographed many sets of twins. I have a great appreciation for these parents (and Nannies’)! It is a lot of work!

Lauren, here is a little sneak peek at our session! Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your precious angels.

Beautiful Sunday Wedding

Today I photographed the wedding of Jennifer and Michael. The ceremony took place at The Inn at Bowman’s Hill and the reception at my favorite Italian restaurant Esca in New Hope.

The wedding was absolutely wonderful. Just amazing. Thank you so much for allowing me to document your special day.

Here are my personal favorites from proofing the images so far…

XLNT Senior Shoot…..Gr8 time!

Ok…I am using my texting lingo cheat sheet. My daughter Amanda is going to be so embarrassed! She will think this is a complete SOHF (sense of humor failure). My senior client Natalie and I were talking about texting so I thought I would throw a little into my blog entry. We traveled through Bucks County in search of the best locations and we found them. We ended our session in the studio for some fun shots. OMG…we had a Gr8 time. Here is a sneak peek Natalie! THNQ…TTUL!

Family Album

I love working as a photographer. I have been documenting the lives of others for a long time. I also get great joy from photographing my own family. My kids get a little tired of me always with my camera near. Suddenly I’ll say "Wait! Don’t move…I mean it…don’t move!" And I get the proverbial "MMMMOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!"

I took my 8 yr old daughter shopping at Old Navy for some school clothes and she picked the t-shirt that said "no pictures please". OK…I get the hint!

This weekend was a busy one for my family. My son left for college. And we also had our first tournament for my youngest daughter’s soccer team.

Here are a few photos from my family album…
